Cancellation and Return Policy
⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Refused Deliveries: Please note that simply refusing delivery or rejecting the package from the shipping carrier does not qualify as a valid cancellation or return. In these cases, the package is usually not sent back to us and will be abandoned or destroyed by the shipping service provider. To receive a refund, you must contact us first and send the item back to the specific return address provided by our support team. Only then can we process your return and issue a refund.
Your Right to Cancel and Return
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase contract and return the product within 14 days without providing any reason.
The 14 day return window expires exactly 14 days after the day you or a designated third party (excluding the shipping carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by sending a clear statement via email to: retroboyplus@gmail.com. You may use the Model Return Form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
Alternatively, you can submit a digital cancellation request directly through our website. Once submitted, we will immediately send you an email confirming that we received your request. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the 14 day window expires.
Warranty and Return Policy Restrictions
Your right to a return, refund, or product warranty will be voided prematurely under the following conditions:

Improper Use or Device Modifications: If the device is damaged, altered, or rendered non functional due to unauthorized hardware interventions, opening the device shell, or modifying system files and software settings.

Incorrect Charging Equipment: The device must only be charged using the included cable and a standard 5V power adapter. Damages caused by high voltage chargers or unapproved power sources will result in a total loss of your return rights and warranty coverage.

SD Card Manipulation: If the included SD card is removed, formatted, modified, or if system files and data are lost due to improper handling.
Please Note: Returns are only accepted if the device is in its original, pristine, and completely unaltered condition.
Effects of Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of expedited shipping options). This refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.
Please keep the following return rules in mind:

You are responsible for paying the direct return shipping costs.

We may withhold your refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied definitive proof of return shipping.

You must send the items back within 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the items.
Exclusions From the Cancellation Policy

Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
